1: What Is The Facebook Ads Manager?
At first glance, this tool can seem to be quite complicated and even intimidating. However, that is far from the truth. The Facebook Ads Manager is an incredible tool that marketers use as a channel through which they can deliver multiple successful Facebook advertising campaigns. You can even use Facebook Ads Manager to optimize your existing and current running ads.
2: Getting Started
To access this tool, all you have to do is click on the drop-down arrow on the search bar and click on manage ads. This action will lead you to your ad account page. This unique page essentially gives you an overview of all of your ads under this ad account. If you have more than one ad account, you can choose the ad account you want to manage. To switch between your ad accounts, click on the drop-down arrow, and select the ones you want. If you're going to manage the settings, then click on the menu icon and go to ad account settings under settings. If you cannot find this option, then you might be on your Facebook Business Manager.

3: Assigning Roles To New Users
To add a new user, go to account roles and click on 'add a user.' The most important aspect of navigating through is assigning tasks to the new user.
Analyst
Your analyst will only be able to view the performance of your ad. It is ideal for those who are in charge of creating reports.
Advertiser
Your advertiser will be able to see and create and edit ads through the use of the payment method. This role is ideal for someone who will be creating ads for you, but you do not want to access your payment details.
Admin
The admin will be able to do everything and access all the information. From editing the payment details to managing all the users' roles, from acting as the analyst to the advertiser, the admin can do it all. This role is perfect for the person who will be managing the amount of access that each user can get, deciding the budget or spending limit for each ad, and more.
Once you navigate the Facebook Ads Manager, you will eventually get the hang of it and remember where each feature is. Since Facebook has recently changed the layout of the Facebook Ads Manager, it can become a little confusing to old members. However, it is much more straightforward as most of the options are located within the menu. If used right, you will be able to optimize your ads to be exceedingly profitable.
